UNITLI' V. CuUNTY. The above match was played on the Heretaunga school grounds on Saturday afternoon. The k>cal team ivent first to the wickets and were all disposed of for 70 runs, Stuart and De Lisle being the only two to reach double figures. Hughes accounted for five wickets and Wilson for four. The United made a goud start, and hitting freely soon ran up a score, and at the call of time they had put together ISO for the loss of eight wickets. Lusk (-!7), Wilson t:U>. Ludbrook (JSO), and Down (2t>. not .out) were the principal scores, while Cato and Mar>hall shaped well for 1H and U» respectively. The following are the scores :
