Government has granted free railway pusses to properly-credent sailed delegates to the People's Federal Convention, which is to W hold at Bathurst in November, -such pri\ ileu'e to bo extended immediately ou receipt of the name of the delegate. A large attendance of representative men is assured, and there will also be a great delegation from a number of municipal bodies. far as is known seven Ministers enl« Crown representing the various colonies will be present, and the Premier of New South Wales, who at first announced that public duties would prevent his attendance, will be among the number. The preliminary organisation is now nearly completed.
