Mo entry will he received under any pretence whatever after the hour named. 5. All races shall be run under the Utiles of Racing, as adopted by the Metropolitan Clubs of the colony. 6. Horses walking over will only receive 50 per cent, of the stakes. 7. The Stewards reserve the right to alter the day of meeting, the amount of added money, to make any addition or alteration to the meeting at any time prior to the nominations becoming due for such meeting, subject to the approval of the Wellington Racing Club. 8. Hacks shall mean horses that have never won an advertised stake of the amount of £4O at the time of nomination (Hack and Hunter races excepted). 9.
