THE DYNAMITARDS.
THE MOVEMENTS OF THE CONSPIRATORS. London, Sept. 25. Bell, the dynamiter, who was arrested in Glasgow, had written to Tynan that it was difficult to secure agents here and that he terribly feared the London venture would result badly for himself. Tynan replied that Bell and he would be capable of carrying out some of the business themselves. Haines, fearing that the police at Antwerp were on his track, wired to Bell that the business was stopped and advised him to join Tynan in Boulogne. The evidence in the possession of the police tends to show that it was the intention to use bombs in England on September 16th. Antwerp, Sept. 26. It is stated that Bell and Tynan conferred with Kearney and Haines in an inner room of an hotel at Antwerp, and were always anxiously awaiting letters.
