THE SITUATION IMPROVING. THE EXPULSION OF ARMENIANS STOPPED. MORE KURDISH BUTCHERY. Constantinople, Sept. 21. A Kurdish massacre is reported from Kharput, where GOO Armenians have been put to death. Nubar Pasha has sent £-100 for distressed Armenians in the capital. London, Sept. 21. Dr Moorhouse addressed 10,000 people at Manchester to-day, when he supported the protest against the atrocities in Turkey.
