EUROPEAN AND FOREIGN. London, Sept. 14. Rumors of Eastern troubles are having a disturbing effect on the Exchange, and Consols have fallen to £lO9 12s 6d. Colonial stocks are not effected. The dockers are demanding 8d per hour overtime. St. Peterbusgh Sept. 14. Russia is building a naval station at Murrambay, Lapland, which is to be connected by railway with St, Petersburg. Cairo, Sept. 14. An Egyptian expeditionary force has reached Fereig. The Dervishes are at Kerrnan, and a battle is imminent.
