CONTEMPLATED STRIKE.

THE ENGINEERS RECEIVE NOTICE OF LOCK-OUT. London, Sept. 7. The shipbuilders on the river Weir have been given notice of lock-out on Saturday, which will affect 25 per cent, of the engineers. The remainder will strike, as they disapprove of the settlement of the Govan dispute.
