THE MATABELE WAR. Cape Town, Sept. 3. General C'arrington reports that operations are still proceeding at Mullangeva, Noamkeiri, Hardey, Mazzoe, Umhgesa, and Moven. Earl Grey states that the Matoppo chiefs are willing to stand on the trial.
