Judgment forthwith or 7 days' imprisonment. Thos. Ritchie v. H. Garry, claim £3 2s 6d. Judgment forthwith or 1 days' in Napier gaol. Order suspended. W. J. Symonds v. Taita Koupa, claim £2 lis lOd. Judgment forthwith or 7 days' gaol. Order suspended for two months. Paora v. Rangik->rennnaka, claim £ll 3s. Judgment forthwith or 7 days' imprisonment. 0 rdvr suspended for one month. S. Charlton (Lewis) v. Kawhini, claim £ft 19s Bd. Judgment forthwith or 7 days'. Bowler •: 1" ' v. R. T. Blake, claim £3 Ks II f 6s. Smith (Eli t Me Hardy (Lewis), claim £9 1-" ' > 1 ">s Gd" was paid into Court by defendant and a counter claim of 17s Gd was admitted by the plaintiff. The C'onrt made an order for the amount paid into Court and non-suited plaintiff for the balance. Both parties bearing costs. Joseph Gant v. Kerehana. Claim £l7 for paintings supplied. Defendant denied ordering the pictures. After lengthy examination judgment was given for amount claimed with costs (£2 10s). On the application of Mr Lewis (defendant's counsel) execution was stayed for a fortnight in order to allow of a rehearing of the case owing to the non attendance of an important witness.
