Judgment forthwith or 7 days' gaol. Order suspended for two months. Paora v. Rangik->rennnaka, claim £ll 3s. Judgment forthwith or 7 days' imprisonment. 0 rdvr suspended for one month. S. The C'onrt made an order for the amount paid into Court and non-suited plaintiff for the balance. Both parties bearing costs. Joseph Gant v. Kerehana. Claim £l7 for paintings supplied. Defendant denied ordering the pictures. After lengthy examination judgment was given for amount claimed with costs (£2 10s). On the application of Mr Lewis (defendant's counsel) execution was stayed for a fortnight in order to allow of a rehearing of the case owing to the non attendance of an important witness.
