Heavy Floods.
COUNTRY UNDER WATER. [By Telegraph.] [Special to Standard.] Takapau, This day. There has been a heavy downpour all along the line for the last three days. Miles of the country are under water. The rivers are rising, and there is no prospect of the weather clearing. There has been a severe loss in lambing.
