SHORE BEFORE THE COURT

Wellington, This day. Shore was before the Court to-day, when evidence was taken at length. The witness Bosher was subjected to considerable cross-examination as to his movements before and after the murder. " 1 At the lunch adjournment Mr Wilford asked if the accused could be allowed out on bail saying he could produce the £IOOO security in five minutes, but the application was refused. It is said there are 30 witnesses for the the defence.
