Hoys were allowed to parade the JBpreets stabbing the bodies of the victims. It is expected in Berlin that the Government organised the bank episode. Four hundred ha\e been arrested and charged with excesses. Later. In order to mark their sense of horror at the recent massacres, all the Embassies decline to illuminate tin n ~ building* as usual in honor of th< Sultan'* bin hday.
