THE TENDERERS HAVE NOT COMPLIED WITH CONDITIONS. Ottawa. August 25. The Canadian Government state that neither the Alien line nor Huddart Parker's tenders for the mail service have complied with tbc conditions. Government will, however, make"further enquiries.
