THE MANAGER REFUSES TO PRODUCE DOCUMENTS.

Wellington, This day. Trouble is threatened in connection with the proceedings of the Copyrigh Telegrams Committee. The man summoned the manager of Press Association to produce the scale of their entrance fees, but as this was clearly outside the Order of Reference as amended by the House compliance has been refused.
