Mr G. W. Russell has been appointed chairman of the Copyright Telegrams Committee. Messrs Wilson and Carneross were appointed upon the sub-committee entrusted with the drawing up of a report as to the lines on which the Copyright Telegrams Committee's investigations should proceed.
