♦ — THE INDUES NOT TIRFD OF FIGHTING. Cape Town, August 18. At the invitation of the Cape Government the South African States will hold a conference as to the best means of coping with the rinderpest. Seconhe and 1000 rebels, also the indnuas at the south-east of Matoppo, are negotiating about a surrender. The induna? at the head of the rebels in southern Matoppo were offered peace but replied that if the whites were tired of fighting they were not.
