THIS Society is prepared to advance sums of £25 and upwards upon approved freehold or leasehold securities, at rates of interest Jotirr than those of any similar society in Hawke's Bay or throughout New Zealand. SEEING what a bold Trotting has taken in Hawke's Bay, I have succeeded in buying the Trotting Stallion " TIP-TOP." He is a dark bay, with black points, three years old, and stands 16 hands.
