Bulbs. 1. Horses qualified to run at this meeting are those which have never won a race of over £4o—Hack and Hunters excepted. 2. A Hunter means a horse whose owner can produce at the scales a certificate from the Master of any Hunt Club that the horse has been ridden to hounds during the past season to the satisfaction of the Master. 3.
