A UNIONIST MANIFESTO.
A MINIMUM WAGE DEMANDED London, August 16. A manifesto issued by Mr Wilson, Secretary to the Sailors' and Firemen's Union, demands the concession of a minimum wage and refuses to unload ships from British or Continental ports employing non-unionists. The manifesto is regarded as an effort to iiftrea«se the ranks of the Unionists, and the employers are preparing to resist the demands shadowed forth in this manifesto.
