Loans are granted by the Society for periods of from 2 to 10 years, repayable by monthly instalments. EEING what a hold Trotting has taken in Hawke's Bay, I have succeeded in buying the Trotting Stallion " TIP-TOP." He is a dark bay, with black points, three years old, and stands 16 hands. " Tip-top "is by Judge Belden out of Lily Vermlont He had twelve mares last season, and all are in foal, which proves that he is Knowing full well that his breeding cannot be picked to pieces, I intend to offer him to the public this coming season. He is exceptionally quiet and good-tempered, and is a performer, having run first in Auckland, third in Hawera, and second in New Plymouth.
