The Coming Election.
PROBABLE CANDIDATES. [By Telegraph] [Special to Standard.] Wellington, This day. Mr Maslin will not oppose Mr Flatman for Geraldine, but will contest Ashburton. The probabilities are that Mr McLaehlan, the present member for Ashburton will stand for Selwyn against Mr Saunders. Mr Wilson will not seek re-election.
