If from sickness or other causes borrowers are prevented paying their monthly instalments, repayments of principal may be suspended, and interest only charged on the principal owing for the time being. EEING what a hold Trotting has o taken in Hawke's Bay, I have succeeded in buying the Trotting Stallion " TIP-TOP." He is a dark bay, with black points, three years old, and stands 16 hands. " Tip-top "is by Judge Belden out of Lily Vermlont He had twelve mares last season, and -all are in foal, which proves that he is sure. Knowing full well that his breeding can aot be picked to pieces, I intend to offer him to the public this coming season. He is exceptionally quiet and good-tempered, and is a performer, having run first in Auckland, third in Hawera, and second in New Plymouth.
