• AND THOSE WIPED OUT, [By Telegraph.] [Special to Standakd.] Wellington, This day. When the result of the deliberations of the Representation Commissioners is made public I shall be prepared to find that the Inangahua and Waikouaiti seats are wiped out, and that the third South Island electorate to go :~der will be either Rangitata or Part*;-*. The three additional North Island sf+.s will probably be a new electorate at ihe back of Egmont, the present Egmon. coming farther dawn the coast, a seat WaneanoL and Wellington, and anothe&MMl in fee Aqotiud district.
