ENGLISHMEN AGAIN TO THE FRONT. London, August 4. In the cycling tournament, England v. Australia, the one-mile event resulted : Parlby first, Payne third, Megson fifth, and Lewis sixth ; time, 2min 5 4-sth sec. In the five-mile the men finished in the same order; time, 14min BOsec. Parlby won easily in both events.
