Mr Alex. Lean reports 011 his weekly niaket as follows :—At Tattersalls on Saturday a very small entry of horses came forward, and tho.se offered were of an inferior class. Prices ranged ns follows:—Light harness geldings, .£3 17s 6d to j£s 10s ; aged and screws, any price ; double-seated buggy, JE10; set old harness, £1 17s 6d; 2 goats. 8s and 4s each. Poultry, ft large entry—Turkeys Ss per pair, docks 3s 3d. fowls 2s 6d, all in good condition. Privately I sold a first-class upstanding hunter, £ls 10s ; I have inquiries for reliable tr;>p and buggy horses and cows in full profit.
