A DEADLOCK. Athens, July 18. The hostility of the Turks having rendered a meeting of the Cretan Assembly impossible the Christian deputies have submitted to their demands. July 19. The Turks in Crete advanced inland for the purpose of recapturing Badnos, but were repulsed by the Cretans after losing fifty.
