CUBAN REBELLION.

NEW MODE OF WARFARE. Madrid, July 15. By means of electrical wires the Cuban insurgents caused an explosion on a train carrying Spanish soldiers. There were many killed. Washington, July 15. It is reported that Gomez, at the head of 12.000 insurgents is threatening Western Cuba. The prevalence of "yellow jack" among the Spanish troops prevents General Weyler sending reinforcements.
