Ilenvy "William Briggs, of Pallia tua, in the Provincial District of Wellington, Land and Estate Agent, applies under the above-mentioned Act for the validation of the transfers of the above-named block by the several owners thereof. The applicant desires to appear before the Validation Court at Hastings 011 the 18th day of August, 1896, at the hour of 10 o clock in the forenoon or as soon thereafter as the applicant by himself or his counsel can be heard, to ask for relief. Memorandum of Transfer dated 17th May, 1884, from Maimcra to Herbert Thomas Halsley Knight of all his interest in the Waihingahinga Block. 6. Memorandum of Transfer dated 10th December, 1888, from Ekenarangi, Nepia Hapuku, Arapata Hapuku, Tanjjatu ke Hapnku, Pohuka Hapnku, and Hapuku te Nehu to the said Janus Alfred Turner and James Irvine. 7.
