THE CAMPAIGN COMMENCES. Washington, July 18. Mr Bregan, the " boy orator " as he is called, and Democratic nominee for the Presidency, will begin his crusade in Mew York. Tammany Hall supports Mm, while the Democrats of the east and north almost unanimously repudiate Mm. Major McKinley declares that the contest now resolves itself into a straggle for the maintenance of national honor and credit.
