Judgment for amount claimed with costs, 6s. Myhill v.. Te Orora ; claim, £1 8s 6d. Judgment for amount claimed with 17s costs. G. Appleby v. Erati Mati : claim £6 Is. Judgment for amount claimed with £2 8s 6d costs. W. R. Blythe v. S. Paget; claim, £8 8s 3d. . Judgment for amount claimed with 6s costs. Murray, Roberts v. Cornelius Boyle, claim 12s. Judgment for amount claimed with costs 6s. W. Stock v. James Pilbrough, claim £5 16s. Judgment for amount claimed, with costs, 10s. 0. Olsen v. Kohipi Karaka, claim £2 6s 4d. Judgment forthwith, or seven days imprisonment. W. E. Blythe v. Erurita Wirihana, claim £9 19s Bd. Judgment forthwith or ten days' imprisonment; order suspended for four months. H. L. Joll v. A. Cameron, claim £1 6s, Judgment for immediate paypayment, or four days' imprisonment. E. H. Williams v. A. Levi. Claim, £l3 10s for rent.—Plaintiff non-suited with costs, £3 4s. Stubbs, Patterson and Co. v. Peni te Ua. Claim for £l4 16 9d His Worship orders a rehearing of the case to take place on the 17th. Plaintiffs to furnish defendant's solicitor with particulars of account. Consideration of costs deferred. Johan Jensen v. Mrs Hamblyn, claim for wages 16s 6d. Mrs Hamblyn said she took plaintiff in out of charity and give him 2s 6d a week and food. He refused to go to work for a man named McGavin. Plaintiff nonsuited, costs not allowed. Blythe v. Pore Eini. Claim, £6 10s 7d. Judgment for payment in monthly instalments of 265, first payment to be made on August 3rd. The putative father of an unborn child was bound over in his own recognisances of £25 and two sureties of £l2 each to appear before the Court six weeks hence or in default sis weeks' imprisonment inNajwer gael,
