Mrs Hamblyn said she took plaintiff in out of charity and give him 2s 6d a week and food. He refused to go to work for a man named McGavin. Plaintiff nonsuited, costs not allowed. Blythe v. Pore Eini. Claim, £6 10s 7d. Judgment for payment in monthly instalments of 265, first payment to be made on August 3rd.
