SEEING what a hold Trotting has taken in Hawke's Bay, I have succeeded in buying the itotting Stallion " TIP-TOP." He is a (lark bav, with black points, three years old, and stands 13 hands. "Tip-top "is by Judge Belden out of Lily Vermont. He had twelve mares last season, and all are in foal, which proves that he is sure. Knowing full well that his breeding cannot be picked to pieces, I intend to offevhim to the public this coming season. He is exceptionally quiet and good-tempered, aiul is a performer, having run first in Auckland, third in liawera, and second in New Plymouth. Terms —Four Guineas per Mare ; only a limited number of man s will be taken. For particulars, apply to the owner, A. E. G. MUIUiAY-\IACUiiEGOiI Havelock.
