THIS Society is prepared to advance sums of tand upwards upon approved freehold or leasehold securities, at rates of interest hnrrr than those of any similar society in Ilawke's Bay or throughout New Zealand. Loans are granted by the Society for periods of from 2 to 10 years, repayable by monthly instalments. If from sickness or other causes borrowers are prevented paying their monthly instalments, repayments of principal may be suspended, and interest »nhf charged on the principal owing for the time being. No procuration or commission fees, and legal costs very much lower than those usually charged. Loans or any portion of them can be paid off at any time, by giving three months' notice to the Society.
