MR H. M. STANLEY ILL. THE EXPLOSION ON THE H.M.S. BLAKE. THE FRENCH POSITION IN TURKEY. London, June 25. Mr H. M. Stanley is in a critical condition, suffering from gastritis. It has been stated in the House o Commons that the explosion on H.M.S Blake was due to insufficiency of water in one of the boilers. Rome, June 25. The French are negotiating with Turkey to secure Ghadames, in Tripoli, near the southern boundary of Tundary. The Italian Government is alarmed.
