The Premier's Alcohol Salt: Control Amendment Bill reinacts the clauses for national prohibition and the regulation of clubs, which were excised by the Council in last year's measure. A new clause will be proposed by Mr Seddon dealing with bottle licenses, and making their determination beyond question.
