If from sickness or other causes borrowers are. prevented paying their monthly instalments, repayments of principal may he suspended, and interest null/ charged on the principal owing for the time being. No procuration or commission fees, and legal costs very much lower than those usually charged. Loans or any portion of them can be paid off at any time, by giving three months' notice to the Society. Borrowers dealing with this society can secure an absolutely free home in a few years at a less expense than paying house rent. Borrowers have a voice in the management of the Society.
