NEW MAIL CONTRACT.
QUEENSLAND EXCLUDING ASIATIC LABOR, A PASSAGE HOME FOR £l2. Brisbane. June 19. The Government has signed a new mail contract with the British-India Company which provides for the exclusion of colored crews and ample refrigerating spac. The vessels are to carry steerage passengers from Home at £l2 per head if required. The amount of the subsidy is £19,800 per annum.
