RE THE K.O.L.

[To the Editor.] Sir, —The following is a resolution that was carried unanimously at a meeting of the K.O.L. and reported by me in the Evening News. " That this assembly is of opinion that the attack by the police on the correspondent of the New Zealand Times for writing a paragraph relating to vehicles without lights was unwarranted." My information was received from the chairman, who will swear that it is correct, despite anything said to the contrary by the Recording Secretary, Mr C. Ilughes.—l am iVc., Correspondent Evening News. Hastings, June 1 oth, INOfi.
