A LIBEL ACTION.
A COUNTESS I3EABS FALSE WITNESS. London - , June IG. Mr Bobert-s, a tutor, brought an action for libel against the Countess Kussell, arising out of the charges of criminal practices made against him during the hearing of the suit between Earl Russell ami his wife some years ago. The Countess now admitted that they were untrue, and a verdict was returned for a small amount and costs.
