ITALIAN GENERAL'S CRIME.
ASSAULTS AN IMPREGNABLE POSITION. TEN YEARS IN A FORTRESS DEMANDED. Rome, June 13. The prosecution of General Baratiere continues. The charge against the General is that of attacking an impregnable position of the enemy when his men were unfit for combat. The prosecutor demands that he shall be confined in a fortress for ten years.
