THIS Society is prepared to advance simis of .£'2s and upwards upon approved freehold or leasehold securities, at rates of interest lower than those of any similar society in Hawke's Bay or throughout New Zealand. Loans arc granted by the Society for periods of from 2 to 10 years, repayable by monthly instalments. If from sickness or other causes borrowers are prevented paying their monthly instalment's, repayments of principal may be suspended, and interest onhi charged on the principal owing for the time being. No procuration or commission fees, and legal costs very much lower than those usually charged. Loans or any portion of them can bo paid off «.t any time, by giving three months' notice to the Society. Borrowers dealing with tots society can secure an absolutely free home in a few years at a less expense than paying house rent. Borrowers have a voice in the management of the Society.
