Any jockey riding except in colors will be fined 2 soys. The amount for second horse will lie deducted from the advertised amount of stakes. Horses walking over will receive 5 per cent of the stakes. Stewards reserve the right to rehandicap any winners of races after the handicaps have been declared. Definition of a hack —A hack is a horse that has never won an advertised race at any time, hack or hunter races excepted, and is not or has not been nominated ill any race, other than hack races, at the same mooting.
