PERFECT ACCORD ON ALL

London, May 24. Li Hung Chang declares that his mission to Europe is for the purpose -of introducing reforms in China. He recognised the services France had rendered to Chiaa after the Japanese war, for which they were extremely grateful. He also said that perfect accord existed between Russia and China on all questions.
