RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Xo entry slin.ll bo received for any race except upon Urn conditions that all claims, disputes, and objections si mil be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decisions upon ail points shall be lin.il. 2. All protests must be accompanied with a deposit of .-62, which sum shall be forfeited to the funds if the protest is not sustained. o. All nominations, entries, and acceptances, accompanied by the necessary amount in cash, must be addressed and delivered to the Secretary, Otaki, not later than the advertised time of closing, with performance, pedigree, and colours of the rider. 4. No entry will be received under any pretence whatever after the hour named. 5. All races shall be run under tho Katies of Racing as adopted by the Metropolitan Clubs of the Colony. 6. Horses walking over will only receive 50 per cent, of the stakes. 7. The Stewards reserve the right, to alter the day ot' meeting, the amount of added money, to make any addition or alteration to the meeting at any time prior to the nominations becoming due for sacli meeting, subject to the approval of the "Wellington llacing Club. 8.
