It will serve to concentrate the attention of the public on the desirability of excluding the unclean Mongolians from our shores. How long are we to tolerate the sort of vice indulged in by Chinese ? How many more of the girl children of New Zealand are to be sacrificed before we recognise the danger of the Chinese ? The immorality of the Chinaman is of the worst kind, and repressive measures are strongly needed.
