Immense preparations are being made in Moscow for the coronation of ■ the Czar. ™ It is expected that 800 members of foreign Royal families will be present at the ceremony, and the total cost is estimated at 60,000,000 roubles. The triumphal entry of the Czar will take place on Thursday, and he will be crowned on the following Tuesday. It is reported that the Czar will celebrate the occasion by granting an amnesty to thousands of prisoners, and order that in future flogging be abolished.
