No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes and objections shall be decided by a majority of the stewards present, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. The "Rules of Racing" as adopted by the Metropolitan Clubs will be strictly adhered to. " The attention of owners and trainers is particulaly called to Rule 75 of the ' Rules of Racing,' which will be strictly enforced.'''
