TO ADVERTISERS. Advertisements inserted by the month or quarter, and withdrawn at any time before the expiry of a monthly or quarterly period, are charged for as if inserted for the fall term. Alterations for standing advertisements should be handed in by 2 p.m. the day before they are required to appear. Advertisers and subscribers can remit payment by money orders or postage stamps.
