SURRENDER PROPOSED BY THE CHIEFS.
Cape Town, April 29. The Matabeles liavo retired ten miles from the laager at Buluwayo. The chiefs are disposed to submit to the British.
Khama's brother conveys 50 wag gons of flour to Buluwayo.
