For all horses that have never won an advertised Steeplechase exceeding 25 sovs in value at time of entry. Weights—4yrs, list 61b; syrs, 12st; 6yrs and aged, 12st 'Sib. On election the Committee shall issue a Certificate which shall entitle the holder to ride as a gentleman rider on any racecourse where these rules are in force, provided that the certificate may be cancelled at any time on sufficient cause being shown.
