ARRIVALS. The Union Company’s steamer Southern Cross, from Wellington and Napier, arrived herejyesterday morning. Passengers : Miss Russell, Messrs Marshall, Smart, McGatley, and Black. TheU.S.S. Company’s steamer Rotomah&na (Captain A. Kennedy) came into port at 2 o’clock yesterday afternoon, from Sydney, Rassell, and Auckland. Passengers : Messrs Hayes, Alley, Roach, Williamson, Rees (2), Cooper, Bruce, Judge Connolly, Master Moran, and nine steerage. DEPARTURES. The steamer Kiwi left for Wellington on Thursday afternoon. The steamer Te Kapa returned to Napier via Wairoa on Thursday night. The Botomahana steamed on South at 8 o’clock last evening, taking—Mesdames Taylor and two children, Page. Butt and child, Parris, Cooper and child, Misses Sutherland and Morgan, Messrs Quinn, Black, Baber, Knight, Cunningham, Knox, Braybrooke, Barry (2), Malcolm, Goddard, Hills, Butt, Clark, Parris, Moore, Parker, Green, and two natives. The steamer Southern Cross went on North last night, taking—Mr and Mrs Bremner, and Mr Lindell. IMPORTS. Co. Per Rotomahana—l case, 1 box, 2 trunks, Garrett; 1 case, Lewis ; 1 case, Colebrook ; 1 case, 1 roll matting, Ledger. EXPORTS. Per Southern Cross —59 sacks grass seed, L. and MA. Co.; 8 sacks grass seed, 7 cases cheese, 3 sacks barley. TELEGRAPHIC. Wellington, Thursday. Sailed—B.M.S. Tonganro, at 9.30 p.m., for Plymouth, via Rio de Janeiro. EXPECTED ARRIVALS. Awaroa, topsail schooner, from Mercury Bay. Opawa, ship, from London, via Lyttelton. Saucy Kate, schooner, from Grey mouth. Vonug, cutter, from Napier. The U.S.S. Company’s steamer Tarawera leaves Wellington at 5 o’clock this evening, for Sydney. She calls in at Napier on Sunday, arriving here at daylight on Monday morning. She resumes her passage North at 8 The coastal steamer Australia, from the North, arrives here this morning. She goes on to Napier at 3.
